Jaime, are you from Coitsville? I’m a huge fan. 🙂 We’re involved in trying to prevent fracking in our community as well, but I fear it’s an uphill battle. Do you know what kind of water filtration system is best for either a fracking site or an injection well?
depends on what is found in your water. some things just can’t be taken out. many different types. get the test first. i can provide some guidance from there. unfortunately it is a constant gamble as the water changes daily. every time they refrack, you are at risk again. with injection wells, it is even more unpredictable. what we do know is what ever goes down, will want to eventually come back up. sorry can’t be more helpful. every situation is different. if you are just starting out, a faucet filter, like a PUR is always a good idea and not much money.
